Dr. Thomas Nakatsui is a dermatologist who specializes in hair transplants, using the most advanced, state-of-the-art techniques in hair transplant surgery to replace hair and re-establish hair lines. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is board certified in both the United States and Canada.

He was raised in Edmonton, and completed his medical training and residency in Dermatology at the University of Alberta. In addition, he has received training in many centres of medical excellence, such as Harvard, the Johns Hopkins Medical Centre, and the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Nakatsui has won numerous awards and scholarships during his medical training in Edmonton. Among them, he was accepted into the prestigious Alpha-Omega-Alpha Honor Medical Society and received the Board of Governors' Prize in Medicine (1st in class).

Dr. Nakatsui has trained extensively with Dr. Jerry Wong in state-of-the-art follicular unit hair transplantation using the lateral slit technique, for creating the most natural-looking hair transplant you have ever seen. Although he specializes in hair transplantation, he also does other dermatologic procedures, including the injection of fillers (e.g. Restylane and Perlane) and the injection of Botox. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Canadian Dermatology Association, as well as a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, and the American Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
